Fees management that actually collects money
Late fees are the biggest pain point in Ugandan schools. Our system sends parents automatic SMS reminders before deadlines, on due dates, and after — with the exact balance and how to pay. Parents can pay via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank deposit, or at the school. Every payment updates instantly, generates a receipt, and reduces the balance. Bursars produce term-end debtor lists in seconds instead of days.
Results, report cards, and academic tracking
Teachers enter marks on their phones or laptops per class and subject. The system calculates positions, averages, grades (per your grading scale), and prints professional report cards with the school logo, comments from class teacher and headteacher, and parent tear-off slips. Historical results per student are always available for reference.
Parent communication built in
Every fees payment, absence, low mark, or school announcement can trigger an SMS to the parent's phone — no smartphone required. Parents feel informed; schools cut down on angry PTA meetings. Optional parent portal lets tech-savvy parents log in to see fees, marks, and attendance any time.

- How much does it cost to send SMS to parents?
- SMS is a small per-message cost through a Ugandan SMS gateway (currently around UGX 25–35 per SMS). Bulk credits keep it affordable.
- Can parents pay fees by Mobile Money?
- Yes. We integrate MTN MoMo and Airtel Money so parents pay from their phones and the payment lands directly against the student's account.
- Do teachers need training?
- Yes — we do a one-day session for teachers. Most teachers are comfortable within a week.
