Cut fuel theft and misuse

In Uganda, fuel is one of the biggest leakages in any fleet. Combining GPS distance data with fuel top-up records highlights vehicles with abnormally low fuel efficiency. Optional in-tank fuel sensors show actual fuel level in real time, exposing siphoning immediately.

Fleet maintenance & documents

Vehicle records with insurance, TLB, road-service license, and inspection dates. Automatic reminders before expiry so you never drive expired. Preventive maintenance schedules based on mileage or time.

  • Insurance & permit expiry reminders
  • Service reminders by mileage or date
  • Repair & parts history per vehicle
  • Cost per km / per trip analysis

For any Uganda fleet

Transporters, distributors, ride-hailing/taxi fleets, boda-boda groups, tour operators, ambulances, NGO field vehicles, cash-in-transit — anywhere accountability and safety matter.

Hardware we supply and install

How much does it cost?

Trackers are typically UGX 350,000–650,000 per vehicle installed, depending on model and features (fuel sensor, RFID driver ID). Monthly software + platform fee is UGX 25,000–45,000 per vehicle. No long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I track from my phone?
Yes — we provide a mobile app for owners and dispatchers plus a web dashboard for larger fleets.
Does it work outside Kampala?
Yes. Trackers work anywhere with GSM coverage — that covers all of Uganda and cross-border to Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
How accurate is fuel monitoring?
With an in-tank capacitive sensor, accuracy is typically within 2–3% — enough to detect siphoning of even a few litres.
Can a driver disable the tracker?
The device is hidden and tamper-alerts you if power is cut. Optional backup battery keeps tracking during power loss.
How long does installation take?
About 45–75 minutes per vehicle at our workshop or your yard.
Do you support Concox/Teltonika/other brands I already own?
Yes — our platform supports most major GPS device protocols. We can migrate existing trackers.
